  • No ma’am! We have plenty of women who join from all industries worldwide. We have women in Tech, Healthcare, Business, and every industry in between and you can meet all of them in our member directory inside the membership!

  • We get this question (a lot) so we figured we would let you know up front. We welcome women of all races & backgrounds (no matter how you identify). However, the majority of women inside this community are women of color, so if diversity is not your thing, we may not be your thing.

  • Women Of Project Management is a professional network that offers both a monthly subscription billed each month & a yearly subscription that does not renew. Flexible payment options are available for the yearly membership.

  • Nope! You get the same exact access with monthly & yearly membership, however with the yearly membership you will save money!

  • We Are A Professional Membership. Many Employers Pay For Their Employees Membership (download your guide for talking to your Boss here!), Otherwise, We’re A Tax Write Off!*

    *Always check with your tax professional, we have members worldwide, which means there are different tax codes worldwide.

  • Yes! You can upgrade your membership from your monthly rate, to our current yearly membership rate at any time. With the yearly membership you will save more money!

    If you are a current member on the monthly membership plan, your new yearly membership fee will be automatically prorated based on the use of your monthly membership for the month you upgrade (previous membership payments cannot be considered).

    Your yearly membership fee will remain at the rate you locked in for the following year. Your rate is always locked-in and will never increase as long as you are an active member. Flexible payment options are available for the yearly membership.

  • Since membership is non-refundable, we do not offer the option to downgrade your membership Yearly to Monthly. You can, however, cancel your membership at any time with continued access for the duration remaining for your membership and re-signup for monthly membership if you choose.

  • We have created the course 'Membership 101: How To Use Your Membership' to answer all of your questions related to every single benefit offered from your membership so you can make the most of your experience each & every month. You can also contact us at anytime inside the membership.

  • Of course you can! Go to your profile inside the membership to cancel your membership at any time. (Note: Women Of Project Management cannot cancel your membership for you).

  • Nope! If you cancel your membership subscription, access to the membership will be revoked when the next renewal or billing date occurs, and no payment is made: For example, for a monthly membership, if you start your monthly membership subscription on September 1st, then your next billing date is October 1st. You will have access for 30 days and then lose access on October 1st if you cancel your monthly membership at any point while you are an active member.

    For yearly membership, if you start your yearly membership subscription on September 1, 2020, you will have access for 365 days and then lose access on September 1, 2021, if you choose to cancel your yearly membership at any point while you are an active member.

    If you do not cancel your monthly membership, your membership will automatically renew at the same rate you signed up with (your rate will not increase). Yearly memberships do not renew.

  • Our membership is non-refundable. Membership renews each month or year depending on the date you signed up, and you can cancel your membership at any given time.

    Refunds cannot be provided if your monthly or yearly payment has already been processed. Still, you can cancel your membership for the following month or year inside your member dashboard (Note: Women Of Project Management cannot cancel your membership for you).

  • If you are unable to gain access, this more than likely means that you did not complete your payment when registering for your membership or your membership has lapsed and is no longer active. No worries! You can simply re-join Membership!

  • Merch! by Women Of Project Management is designed as a tool to always remind you of the greatness within you & the amazing community that supports you.

  • All designs are printed on-demand just for you! Processing may take up to 2-5 business days, then shipping time will apply. This means your our order can arrive in multiple deliveries. We recommend you track your shipping.

  • Multiple items are printed on-demand and sometimes supplied by different vendors, and as a result, you may receive multiple boxes if you have ordered multiple items.

  • All products are printed on demand especially for you so we do not accept returns unless there is a defect. We do everything in our power to work with our manufacturers to ensure the highest quality products for you, but in the case of a defect, please email us a picture at hello@womenofpm.com of the defect item within 30 days of purchase and we’ll make it right!

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@womenofpm.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide the address for you to return the product with a full refund within 30 days of receiving your returned item.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or if you have simply purchased the wrong size item.

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
