The Women Of Project Management (WOPM) Conference Scholarship helps remove financial barriers for Black women in project management or those seeking to transition into the industry. This scholarship provides access to our premier in-person event, the Women Of Project Management Conference, as part of our mission to close the racial and salary gap and help 100,000 Black women earn $100,000 or more.

As a small, Black-owned business with limited external support, we remain deeply committed to increasing the 7% of Black women in project management. This scholarship is one of the ways we strive to create opportunities and make a lasting impact within our community.

Scholarships are awarded based on financial need and are funded by generous donations and members from our community, with WOPM matching every contribution to maximize our impact.
