Streamlining Success: The Women of Project Management Conference App!
The Women of Project Management Conference is where we celebrate women and women of color globally in the project management field. It’s where women looking to be project managers or any adjacent career come together to learn, grow and level up in their careers.
On August 24-26, the 2nd annual Women of Project Management Conference will take place in Atlanta, GA. Last year, one way we streamlined communication among attendees and it was a huge success was by developing the Women of Project Management Conference app!
Upon purchasing a ticket to the conference, attendees were able to download the app to start their conference experience long before the day of the event. This was a game-changer! Through the app, attendees were able to get conference updates on the spot and so much more.
The 2023 Women of Project Management Conference app is underway; attendees will be notified via email of this year’s app release.

Through the app, conference attendees have access to the complete conference schedule allowing them to plan for the sessions they want to attend. (Obviously all of them). More importantly, this gives them a chance to plan any questions they may have ahead of time to maximize their conference experience.
Access a directory of other WOPM Conference attendees.
The exciting part of the app is the access you gain to the directory of other conference attendees! This includes conference speakers and the WOPM team! See ahead of time who you’ll be rubbing shoulders with. Scope out the different companies they represent and what their current role is. There will be something to learn from each and every woman attending this conference.
Connect and collaborate with conference attendees before the conference.
After you’ve scoped out the scene, start connecting! Find your conference bestie and plan to meet up beforehand, coordinate your outfits, and plan how you want to slay the conference together! The chat feature in the app will allow you to talk to anyone in the directory. No need to be shy or feel intimidated by the other women. We’re all coming together to love on one another and provide support at this conference and long after.
