The Women Of Project Management® Conference is a once-a-year, in-person professional development experience centered on Black women in project management. In 2027, we are bringing the room to Chicago for strategy, community, legacy, and career-shifting connection.

The Women Of Project Management® Conference is a community-centered experience, and we are intentional about whose voices are elevated in the room. We do not accept open speaker submissions.

Speaker opportunities are reserved for conference sponsors and registered attendees with expertise aligned to the topics we cover. This keeps the program rooted in the voices of our own community and the people already invested in the experience.

If you would like to be considered as a speaker, join us as a registered attendee or conference sponsor. Speaker invitations are sent by April 1 of the conference year.

  • Yes. Many attendees use professional development funds to cover their ticket.

    The ticket qualifies for PDU or CEU hours and includes the annual conference plus a 12-month Women Of Project Management® Membership.

  • No. You do not need to be a project manager to attend.

    The conference is designed for women in project management and leadership and welcomes aspiring professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs at every stage.

  • Women Of Project Management® is intentionally created for Black women in project management and leadership.

    While open to all women, the community centers Black women’s lived experiences. If you value inclusive leadership and respect spaces designed to support Black women, you will feel aligned here.

  • No. This is a fully in-person conference. Sessions are not recorded or streamed.

    Women Of Project Management® Membership offers year-round virtual events and resources.

  • Your conference ticket includes a 12-month Women Of Project Management® Membership with immediate access. If you have an active membership, your included year will be added to the end of your current term, so you won’t lose any time.

  • Unfortunately, tickets are non-transferable. We recommend ensuring you’re able to attend before purchasing to make the most of this unique experience.

  • We understand that life happens, but all sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Rest assured, we’ll do everything we can to help you in the future!
