Our conference is open to all women, but we’re incredibly proud that most of our attendees are Black women. All content is curated through the lens of Black women working in project management, providing a powerful perspective that celebrates diversity, leadership, and inclusion in our field.

No — our conference is a fully in-person experience. We do not offer virtual tickets or recordings of sessions.

We believe in the power of connecting face-to-face, so each year’s conference is designed to be experienced live and in community. While you may see short recap clips on social media, the sessions themselves are not recorded or streamed online.

If you’re looking for virtual ways to connect and learn throughout the year, our Women Of Project Management® Membership offers ongoing online events, speakers, and resources for professional growth.

If you’re already a member — no worries! Your included 12-month membership (from your conference ticket) will begin July 1, right after the conference concludes, and run through June 30 of the following year.

• Annual members: Your new 12-month membership will be added to the end of your current term, so there’s no overlap and you won’t lose any time.

• Monthly members: You can continue your monthly plan as usual. After the conference, we’ll send you an email confirming your new 12-month membership, active July 1 – June 30.

If you attend the conference each year, your membership will remain active year-round when you purchase your ticket — always valid from July 1 through June 30 of the next year, with no gaps.

The official venue and host hotel are announced every year in March — giving you plenty of time to make your travel and accommodation plans.

We carefully select a host location surrounded by multiple nearby hotels, so you’ll always have great options that fit your preferences and budget.

We do not accept open speaker submissions. Our speakers come exclusively from our conference sponsors and registered attendees who want to speak and have expertise in the topics we cover. Join us as a registered attendee or conference sponsor if you would like to be considered. Speaker invitations are emailed to conference sponsors and registered attendees in the first quarter of the year.
