Tiara Roberts is a Senior Program Manager who supports strategic planning initiatives within the Global CX Ecosystems organization for the largest US-based cryptocurrency exchange, Coinbase.
She also served as a Strategy & Planning Manager for Cisco Systems, ensuring that their CX Centers organization was ready for the delivery of new strategic investments.
Although Tiara is extremely dedicated to her work, I really admire the fact that she enjoys giving back. When asked what she is most proud of in her career, she says -

Fun fact:
“I’m obsessed with TV shows that took place in Medieval or Historical Times like Medici, Bridergerton, The Last Kingdom, The Tudors, Reign, The Spanish Princess, etc... The female representation is always giving ‘boss vibes”. In most cases it was the queen, or Dutchess, holding the kingdom down making the right decisions to keep the family at the top. They didn’t have all the advantages that we have today... they couldn’t destroy or humble someone using new era tools like social media. It took strategy and real skill to defeat an opponent coming after their crown or social status. You can learn a lot about survival and upward career growth strategy from watching these shows. Plus, they are super entertaining.”
At the Women of Project Management conference, you can expect a much-needed message from Dr. Ayanna Abrams! She is a licensed clinical psychologist in Georgia and the CEO/Founder of Ascension Behavioral Health. Dr. Ayanna obtained her master’s and doctorate degrees in clinical psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology with an emphasis on diverse populations & families.
She has extensive clinical experience working with people of color, specifically Black women, Black men, and Black couples.
