Asya, Founder of Women of Project Management created this community as a way to fill a gap on what she was missing years ago while working in corporate America. She craved a community of professional women with shared interests and similar life experiences to lean on and learn from during her professional journey. Over the years, she has developed the Women of Project Management membership which contains over 60 project related courses, a directory of Black women and women of color who all work in or aspire to work in project management, and a host of monthly virtual events!
The Women of Project Management conference is her way of bringing everything and everyone together! We get the opportunity to step away from the computer screen to feel the vibes in person for an amazing experience.
We networked, attended workshops, danced, prayed, and had an intense therapy session with Dr. Ayanna Abrams. It was a night to remember.
