The Women of Project Management Conference is almost here! I hope you have your ticket already because they are going fast! Women of color from all over will be in the building ready to mix, mingle, and basque in all the project management greatness in the room. There will be so much to learn from our speakers including Mahjooba "MJ" Bianchi and our lovely Host Lakia "LB" Brandenburg! 

These women are masters at what they do and will surely add so much value to this conference. Yall are in for a real treat!

Mahjooba Bianchi’s career includes senior leadership and project management roles in various companies. She is the Founder and CEO of Three T Institute, a school that offers the best in IT and project management education. Mahjooba was also named the most influential CEO in 2022 in Virginia.

I’m really excited to meet Mahjooba to learn more about her courses and how to be successful in IT. She knows what it takes to align your knowledge and experience with the right job title and a seamless career path. MJ and her team have over 21 years of combined experience and are very proud of the 1000-plus students they have been able to help over the years to reach their goals.

Our host Lakia “LB” Brandenburg is a highly sought-after host and mistress of ceremonies. Her personality is captivating as she brings excitement and pizzazz to the room.

Lakia’s beautiful energy and enthusiasm have impressed many audiences for almost 10 years. 

When she’s not on the stage, she spends her time helping women elevate as wives. In her business, The Wife Coach®, she works to help ambitious, thriving women excel to be irresistible wives! Yessss, I’m not a wife yet but I love this concept so much; I think it’s a really noble business to have. Lakia has been married to her college boyfriend Derek for 13 years! They have two beautiful daughters and live in the Atlanta, GA area.

Kudos to Lakia because the transition from stability to uncertainty is serious! It takes a great amount of faith and courage to follow your dreams. Pair that with hard work and resilience, and now you’ve turned your dreams into a thriving business. We love to see it!
